For warranty service, you must call our tech support number… (619) 778-5189 between 8AM and 4PM PST Monday – Friday and obtain return authorization.

You will be issued an RMA# via email once we receive an email from you detailing the nature of the problem.

We will cover UPS GROUND shipping to and from for returns that meet the above criteria. WE CANNOT COVER any expedited shipping charges regardless of how the original package was shipped.
Damage to a receiver in transit is covered by our shipping insurance. If you receive a package that appears to have been damaged in transit, you must contact us via email or telephone immediately (within 72 hours of receipt). You MUST NOT DISCARD any of the packaging until we authorize you to do so.
We sells Free To Air Satellite receivers, and we are authorized dealers for all the brands we sell. We DO NOT SELL clones, and we do not condone the use of these receivers for illegal purposes. We do not provide any warranty on the availability of broadcasting or guarantee the type or duration of FTA broadcasting in the future.
